• Any information that a reasonable person would consider confidential

3. When We Recommend a Formal NDA

While we maintain confidentiality for all projects, we recommend signing a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement for:

• Innovative Projects: Unique business models or technologies
• Sensitive Industries: Healthcare, finance, legal, or government projects

Even without a formal NDA, we follow these confidentiality practices:

Only team members directly involved in your project have access to your confidential information.
